Three-point stiffness tester
Product Usage:
Three-point stiffness tester is the basic instrument for testing the three-point stiffness performance of paperboard. It adopts a vertical and multi-column structure, and the chuck spacing can be arbitrarily set within a certain range. It has the advantages of long stretching stroke, good running stability up and down, and high testing accuracy. The tensile testing machine, the three-point stiffness, is widely used in testing occasions for measuring the breaking length, elongation and bending energy absorption of paper, cardboard, plastic film and other nonmetallic materials.

One-button intelligent operation
1. Imported motor is adopted, with low noise and accurate control.
2. Notebook display, Chinese/English menu. Test, real-time display of stretching time, load tension, etc. And can display and print the stretching curve.
3. Get the measurement results directly: After completing a group of tests, it is convenient to directly display the measurement results and print the statistical report, including the average value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.
4. Variable sample size and stretching speed: For commonly used standard size samples, the stretching test can be directly carried out at the specified speed, or the appropriate stretching speed can be set to change the test length and width of the samples according to the needs of the situation.
5. High degree of automation: advanced devices at home and abroad are used in instrument design, and single-chip microcomputer is used for information sensing, data processing and action control, with automatic reset, data memory and overload protection.
