Machine Introduction:

This machine is used to test the material system of the midsoles of sports shoes used in formal running sports, and to determine their shock absorption characteristics and the force-displacement relationship under rapid impact. It is an ideal testing device for technical supervision units, sports shoe manufacturers, commodity inspection and arbitration units, scientific research institutes and other departments.

Machine features:

1. Utilizes a high-speed signal processing system to accurately capture the minute time from zero to peak force and display it through a curve.
2. Incorporates the latest software program, enabling multiple consecutive tests on the same specimen, and only statistically analyzing the data from the 26th to the 30th cycles.
3. Allows for customizable settings for the report items of this test, enabling arbitrary reading values for the test curve, and providing browsing functions such as zooming in and out.
4. Features a report data and curve printing function.
5. The test machine software measurement system is practical, reliable, stable, flexible, and convenient, capable of meeting various testing requirements stipulated in standards. Data processing methods, result materials, and test plans are all managed in a database format.
6. Control processing system:
Uses a brand computer for computer control, completing the setting of the entire machine test, working status control, data acquisition, calculation processing, display and print of results functions. Equipped with a test machine-specific system, an intelligent software package, featuring fast operation speed, novel interfaces, flexible stability, simple operation, and comprehensive functions. It can determine relevant performance parameters of material specimens according to national standards, international standards, or user-provided measurement requirements, and process and output various required formats of test reports and characteristic curve diagrams.
7. Main window interface function: Can be controlled by the control to select table blocks, intelligent graphic interfaces, or text description interfaces.
8. Main menu has password protection settings: To prevent important setting data or test results from being tampered with or misused, ensuring the integrity of test data, and also preventing non-testing personnel from illegally operating and damaging the main unit.
9. Sample specification setting includes: sample name, sample shape, test position (forefoot or heel), sample thickness. And has the function of sample specification standardization, without the need to repeatedly input the same specification sample dimensions.
10. Test results can be re-analyzed, display units can be changed, calculations can be re-performed, and the graph can be modified, etc.
11. Report curve and printing format:
1) Test report content includes: Data statistics and analysis of 5 series of impact cycles and automatic calculation of the average value for each item (i.e., the 26th to 30th cycles in the loop test).
2) Peak force (FM), unit: Newton (or pound-force);
3) Maximum displacement (DM), unit: Millimeter (or inch);
4) Maximum energy added to generate the peak displacement (UM), unit: Joule (or inch-pound-force);
5) Delay energy at a certain point after peak force, unit: Joule (or inch-pound-force), at this point, the force is equal to zero;
6) Time at a certain point of generating peak force (TM), unit: Millisecond;
7) Standardization - peak force and displacement;
8) Standardized peak pressure (PM), unit: Megapascal (kilonewtons per square meter) (or pound-force per square inch);
9) Standardized peak strain (eM);
10) HER (delay energy ratio);
11) Standardized average stiffness (Sm), unit: Newton per millimeter (or pound-force per inch);
12) Peak G;
